Because we sell most of our products unpackaged, please check your order carefully before leaving the store as we are usually unable to accept returns of unpackaged products.
Please check your online orders carefully when collecting from the store, as it’s always easier to resolve any issues or concerns before you leave the premises!
We will always endeavour to pack your order with the utmost care, but we are only human. If you find when you get home that we have packed the wrong product, or it is damaged or defective in anyway, please drop us an email as soon as possible, preferrably with a photo and quoting your order number, and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
