Description
This apple cider vinegar is from Australian Vinegar (Lírah) in Stanthorpe, Southern Queensland. Lírah founder Ian Henderson learnt the craft of vinegar making while travelling through Europe, and has made it his mission to produce superior quality vinegar here in Australia. This vinegar has a low acidity (6%), and has a higher concentration of real apple, meaning greater intensity (or just use a little less).
