Description
This red wine vinegar is from Australian Vinegar (Lírah) in Stanthorpe, Southern Queensland. Lírah founder Ian Henderson learnt the craft of vinegar making while travelling through Europe, and has made it his mission to produce superior quality vinegar here in Australia. This vinegar is made from quality Australian red wine, with no added colours or sulphites. This has a higher concentration of wine than other red wine vinegars, for a more intense flavour. Use in dressings or marinades.
