Description
This white wine vinegar is from Australian Vinegar (Lírah) in Stanthorpe, Southern Queensland. Lírah founder Ian Henderson learnt the craft of vinegar making while travelling through Europe, and has made it his mission to produce superior quality vinegar here in Australia. This vinegar has a low acidity (6%), and a higher concentration of white wine than other vinegars, making it ideal for salad dressings, sauces and marinades.
