Crafted by our local expert chocolatier Jessica Pedemont, aka the Chocolate Artisan, this buttery, crunchy caramel is made with Pepe Saya cultured butter, vanilla bean, and Olsson’s Sea salt, then sandwiched between their house made 75% organic dark chocolate.
