Honestly, I had to think hard about selling this, and not just sitting in a dark corner and eating it all myself. This stuff is ridiculous. Crafted by our local expert chocolatier Jessica Pedemont, aka the Chocolate Artisan, this buttery, crunchy caramel is made with Pepe Saya cultured butter, vanilla bean, and Olsson’s Sea salt, then sandwiched between their house made 75% organic dark chocolate.
