Goan Cuisine’s chutneys are great with Indian curries. This kasaundi has a spicy, smokey flavour with strong fenugreek flavours. Great in sandwiches, as a savoury dip, or as a side for cold meats, stirred through pasta, or added to soups and caseroles for a bit of zing.
