These Atlantic chub mackerel from Good Fish are one of the world’s most sustainable fish. They’re caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal in small boats using small nets (no sonar) and as such are 100% dolphin safe.
Preserved in extra virgin olive oil with a smidge of salt, they rock on crusty sourdough, add to your salads for a delicious light meal, or stir through your favourite pasta for something a little more substantial.
