These sweet, juicy sardines from Good Fish are caught off the coast of Spain and Portugal under darkness of night, and then cooked and filleted onshore in Spain the following day. The fish are caught in small boats using small nets (no sonar), 100% dolphin safe, and are a small, quickly renewed breed that ensures their sustainability.
Preserved in extra virgin olive oil, these firm-fleshed fish are dynamite just on crusty sourdough, or add to your salads for a delicious light meal.
