Just heat to a simmer, toss in your favourite cooked pasta, and enjoy. Each jar is 4-5 servings.
This sauce is inspired by the traditional crudaiola (meaning “raw”) sauces of the Puglia region, mixing ripe, juicy tomatoes with crunchy celery for some texture, chilli for heat, and rocket for a hint of peppery bitterness to balance the sweetness of the tomatoes. This sauce also works well as a bruschetta topping.
