I’ve been wanting to bake my own choc chip cookies for a while, but every recipe I’ve tried was a little disappointing. Until this one. These chewy rounds of choc-chip indulgence are the perfect accompaniment to your cuppa of choice and are really easy to make, but like all the best cookies, you need to refrigerate the dough, so plan ahead!
The pack comes with the ingredients split into three bags. Bag 1 has the flour, leavening agents and salt, bag 2 has the sugars, and bag 3 has the chocolate drops and vanilla pod. Check out our blog here for the recipe. You’ll just need some unsalted butter and an egg. Makes 15-16 cookies.
