This fresh, soft, mild almond bocconcini from Miller Lane Foods, (packed exclusively in jars for MAD) is perfect for melting in toasties, on pizzas, or just slicing with fresh tomato and basil for a delicious Caprese salad.
*N.B. This is the weight of the bocconcini; 3 balls in each serve
Keep refrigerated.
Once opened, it will last for up to two weeks but be sure and keep the cheese covered in brine (top up if necessary) and use clean utensils when removing from the jar.
(Oh, and did I mention it’s vegan?!).
