If you like a Persian-style feta, this amazing creation from Miller Lane Foods, (packed exclusively in jars for MAD) is absolutely astonishing. Tangy, rich, salty and just plain delicious, enjoy on any cheese board, crumble over baked beans and grill, or just slather on some freshly toasted sourdough.
*N.B. This is the weight of the feta; total weight incl. oil & herbs is approx 330g
Keep refrigerated.
Once opened, it will last for 4 weeks, but be sure and keep the cheese covered in oil (top up with olive oil if necessary).
