This strong, sharp parmesan from Miller Lane Foods, (packed exclusively for MAD) is a bold, tangy and well-seasoned round of cheesy heaven. Have thinly sliced on a cracker with a little Beetroot & Gin Relish, grated over your favourite Italian dish (think risotto, spaghetti or soup) or shaved over a rocket and fresh pear salad with a drizzle of Sticky Balsamic.
Keep refrigerated.
Once opened, it will last for 4 weeks; keep wrapped in clean paper towel, in an airtight container in the fridge.
