Sustainably extracted from natural deposits in Germany, these all natural, food grade Epsom Salts are just the thing to add to your bath, spa or foot-spa to help relax tired muscles and relieve the aches and pains of a hard day’s work. For a relaxing soak, just add two cups to warm water in a standard sized bath. Can also be used to add magnesium to the soil in your garden (great for roses, gardenias, tomatoes and capsicum).
Finally, because these salts are food grade, they can also be used as a laxative – just dissolve 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of water and drink immediately. Can be repeated after 4 hours, but do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours, and consult your doctor beforehand!
