Perfect for the warmer months, this organic iced-tea blend from Organic Merchant in Stanmore is a citrus-fest that includes lemon myrtle, lime flowers, and orange and lemon peels, along with lemon verbena, elder flowers and yarrow flowers. To brew, add a heaped tablespoon to one litre of boiling water and steep for 5-30 minutes, then strain and allow to cool naturally or serve over ice. This can also be cold-brewed in the fridge for 6-12 hours. Deliciously refreshing on its own, or as a cocktail mixer.
