This organic tea from Organic Merchant in Stanmore is a vibrant iced tea blend with all the tang you’d expect from berries and that tart hibiscus (ooh stop it!) tempered with sweet rose petals. Use a teaspoon per cup with boiling water and infuse for 5-7 minutes or for cold brew add 1-2 heaped tablespoons to a litre of boiling water, steep from 5 to 30 minutes depending on desired strength, then allow to cool and serve over ice.
