This is a natural (not blanched) almond flour (finer than meal) from Pepo Farms that is produced from Aussie grown almonds. As such, it’s gluten free and protein rich, perfect for baked goodies (try them in friands!), or just sprinkle some onto your breakfast cereal for a protein and fibre boost.
