Description
These white peppercorns from Herbal Connection, come from the seed of the pepper plant only (black peppercorns have the darker, whole fruit and seed) and have a slightly different flavour. They are perfect for use in white dishes, where you want the pepper “bite”, but not the black flecks (e.g. white sauce, mashed potato).
