This organic sourdough starter is made in-house from our organic, light sifted whole rye and organic wholewheat bakers flours from Wholegrain Milling. We keep it refrigerated and feed it regularly 1:1:1 to ensure it maintains a healthy balance with no hooch development. We recommend a minimum of two feeds before using in a loaf.
