Description
These organic soya beans from Demeter can be used to make everything from tofu to soymilk, but can also be added to soups and stews. To cook, soak for 4 hours (or overnight) in plenty of water, then drain, rinse, and simmer in boiling water (1 cup beans to 3 cups of water) for 3-4 hours. Use a pressure cooker if you need to cook them quicker. Note that they will more than double in size once cooked.
