The brother and sister team that is Pepper & Spice are of Syrian descent, so they know a thing or two about chillies. They have been making their own chilli oil for years using fresh chillies from the backyard, but their friends kept telling them they should sell it, so when Covid hit and they were spending more time at home, they decided to give it a red hot go and this fiery beast was the result.
You can drizzle this bad badger on everything from pizza to cold meats, as a marinade (try brushing over chicken or prawns before cooking on the bbq), use in stir fries, or even a little drizzled on your smashed avo and poached egg on sourdough for an early morning spice kick! Made from Australian grown fresh chillies, it comes in three levels of heat; Cayenne, Habanero and Carolina Reaper.
