This balsamic from Sticky Balsamic in regional Victoria is not your common or garden balsamic. As the name suggests, this award winning vinegar has the classic balsamic flavour, but is rich and syrupy, perfect to drizzle over salad, with a little oil to dip sourdough into, or use with meats. It’s also gluten and nut free, and suitable for vegans.
