The Artisan Mill (part of Pepo Farms) use a cold pressing method that ensures maximum flavour and nutrition is extracted from the hazelnuts. The hazelnuts themselves are sourced directly from small farms in Stanely, Mitta Mitta, Gippsland and Tassie, and are pressed in small batches. This oil is incredibly versatile; try adding a teaspoon to your muesli, drizzle over a fruit salad (yes, really!), use as a dressing in salads (great with some char-grilled peach!), add to rice, cous-cous, mashed spuds, or even use as flavouring in chocolate desserts (try a teaspoon in your hot chocolate).
