Aussie family business Tilda & Cacao handcraft all their chocolate in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast. They use a raw, organic fair-trade criollo cacao that they source from farmers in Peru, and use Australian native inclusions to add unique flavours to their bars. We are seriously impressed with this chocolate, and we reckon you will be too.
This bar marries the rich depth of their 73% criollo dark chocolate with the tart, fruity delight of Davidson Plum; perfect as an after dinner nibble with a coffee or glass of red.
