Aussie family business Tilda & Cacao handcraft all their chocolate in Gerringong on the NSW South Coast. They use a raw, organic fair-trade criollo cacao that they source from farmers in Peru, and use Australian native inclusions to add unique flavours to their bars. We are seriously impressed with this chocolate, and we reckon you will be too.
This is my personal favourite of all their bars, a crunch of coconut and a surprising, zesty explosion of finger lime that will raise eyebrows with sheer delight, this is a truly outstanding bar of chocolate.
